Return window

You can return a poster within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.

Return shipping

• Return postage is paid by the buyer.
• If your order arrived damaged or you received an incorrect item, we cover the return postage and send a replacement or a full refund — contact us first so we can sort it out.

How to start a return

Email anifinitycreations@gmail.com or use the contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return address and next steps.

Refund processing

Once the return arrives and has been inspected, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few business days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We do not run a separate exchange flow. If you would like a different artwork or colorway, return the unused poster under the terms above and place a new order.
